What should I wear?
The classes are all done barefoot. For pole fitness you should wear shorts and a vest top, you can wear leggings for the first few lessons if you feel more comfortable
though this will mean you will struggle with some of the moves as you need skin to grip the pole. For aerial hoop and aerial silks wear leggings/trousers you can move
easily in and a long sleeved top, these will prevent you getting friction burns. Please remove all jewellery.
How should I prepare for my lesson?
Please do not apply moisturiser at least 12 hours before your lesson as it will cause the equipment to become slippery. Remember to have a snack an hour or so before class
so you have lots of energy and don't do an arm workout the same day as your lesson.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring a drink and a towel as you'll get quite hot and thirsty.
I'm nervous to come on my own, help!
Try not to be too nervous, we understand that it can be quite scary attending a new class on your own. You can come with 1 or 2 friends but quite a lot of our students come alone.
We have had many years experience so are well used to having beginners starting and as the lessons are privates you can go completely at your own pace, it's a relaxed environment
and we try to put you at ease straight away. Please don't be nervous :)
I'm worried I won't be able to do anything
We have all ages, shapes and sizes attend our lessons, pole and aerial is for anyone to enjoy! As the lessons are privates they will be tailored to your needs and you can progress
completely at your own pace. There are so many beginner moves everyone achieves something during their first lesson. Just keep in mind that everyone makes mistakes and it's ok to
not get every move straight away, everyone has different strengths and weaknesses.
I have a medical condition, can I still attend?
If you have a medical condition that may affect you participating in physical exercise it's best to consult your doctor or contact us if you're unsure.
Is there an age limit?
Lessons are available to anyone aged 18+.
Where is the studio and is there parking?
The studio is located in New Costessey on the outskirts of Norwich, as it is a private studio the exact address will be given upon booking. There is free parking available and
there is also a bus stop a few minutes walk away.
